I had the same problem....My surgeon told me to add 500 a day, I know, I know you are freaking out right now. Do so with protein first, veggies and lastly fruit. Do that for a week or two and see if it slows down and you start to maintain. If not, add another 250 per day the next week. I also was working out like a body builder at the time and was burning after that I could take in. So evaluate how hard you are working out too. It took me a couple of months but I hit 114 and then slowed down and settled at 125. Also if you have not done so, hang out on the RNY forum and check out the daily eating thread. Great meal ideas.
