I didn't reach the scale goal (made it to 213 though) but certainly...

Daily exercise, consuming only liquid protein shakes through the rest of October. Remember my stomach is tight enough to keep me full, that I am still able to lose weight, regain energy, strength, and an active life!

Continue with my daily exercise (walking DVD/ ab DVD/ total body fitness DVD/ weight lifting) and stay consuming only water and liquid protein shakes daily through the rest of October.

Okay so I stepped on the scale this morning. 226lbs. NOT FREAKIN' POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
