Been heavy my whole life 2.5 years ago I started my journey to change. I have been in the Bariatric Weight Wise Clinic for mist of this journey and I'm now starting my optifast plan for my surgery coming up in April 2018. I am just on here seeing how everybody else is doing and how they been surviving LOL.
