I have fought weight all my life. In 2010 I lost 191 pounds and was running half marathons. But like every time before it came back quickly. I am exploring VSG and hope to get it worked out quickly.
I am 60 years old and do a lot of standing and traveling for my work. Standing is getting harder and harder and those airplane seats get smaller and smaller. I hope to do something about this before I retire so I can enjoy my retirement and not remain a prisoner in my house.
