I'm not sure how this blog thing works so this is how I'm doing it. For the last three weeks I been having trouble losing the weight. I have been doing everything I'm suppose too and exercising every day. I just don't know why I'm not losing. I'm getting discouraged... can anyone help. 

I had the VSG done 10 m0nths ago. i have only lost 90 pounds.
