I am 6 months post op and I cannot believe how much my life has changed!!  I can move, breathe, sit, stand, walk, run, play like never before!  I now weigh less than at my wedding which was over 11 years ago!

Anyone have and good rny friendly recipes to bring to a pot luck? I'd like to make sure there's something I can eat there!

6 weeks out from surgery. Every time I eat I get very uncomfortable and upset stomach. My Dr put me on Reglan and prilosec.  The Reglan is helping buy the prilosec makes me gag when I swallow it. 

Has anyone else had this issue and not how long

3 weeks out from surgery and my extremely generous hubby gave me a nasty cold! Still on liquid diet.... Anyone have any tips for cold medicine we can take? So far all I can take in chewable Tylenol.  My brother in law's wedding reception is tonight and

18 days out from surgery, back to work this week and still on liquid diet until Monday. Then I can start pureed foods.  I'm so tired and worn out.  I get plenty of sleep but still am dragging.  Does any one have any tips or tricks to get back to where

I'm on the hunt for the best unflavored protein powder. I'm a huge texture person so if it's gritty or chalky I won't be able to eat it. What's your favorite?

4 days after surgery and I finally saw the scale drop a pound! I came home 3 pounds up (i'm thinking from the iv) and today I'm finally down 1 pound from the morning of surgery.

 Surgery was on Monday, came home from the hospital last night. In all honesty I feel much better than I thought I would! I know every one had different experiences but so far mine has been great!
