I am SOOOOoooooo happy for you Tesha! Yours (and your Mom's!) weight loss is terrific! You'll never regret it.....one year (and 130 lbs) later, I've lost all my health problems and all my old fat clothes. It's a miracle that I was in size 24's and yesterday bought 8's! You'll be doing the same before you know it, Tesha. Keep up the great work, i.e., walking, sipping, etc. And don't worry about the 'urping.' We've all done it and it does settle down.
