Well I went back to Dr. Kramer's office Jan. 30th I have lost 22 more pounds well on my way to my goal. I am so happy!! I just can't wait till it warms up so I can go walking outside! There is nothing worse than a walk track inside LoL I will write more later. Have a great weekend everyone!!

Robert what wonderful news! Keep up the great work! I'll be joining the losing side on Feb 3rd. I can't wait to bend over without a few rolls of fat in the way. LOL You are a great inspiration! Chris

Hello Everyone!!! Thank you so much for the kind messages you have left!!! I'm doing wonderful I had the surgery Nov. 13 I went back to the hospital for my one month checkup on Dec. 13 LoL that was friday the 13th so yea that was freaky!! But I lost 52 pounds on my first month I'm so happy about it Dr. Kramer seems to think I've set a record at his office he said he would look into though. I go back to the hospital Jan. 30th for my next checkup so I will definately share the results. I'm feeling sooo much better. Again Thanks for keeping me in your prayers & for all those messages!!!!
