Hello Everyone! I can't believe its been 1 whole year since I had surgery! Wow! Time sure does fly! So here's the low down- I started at 318lbs, with a BMI of 58, size (tight) 32/34 and now I am 152lbs, loss of 166lbs, BMI of 27.8-wearing loose 12's-so I still have a little bit to lose, about 26 lbs actually, but I will get there! I also have lost over 150 inches off my body! I am running about 5 miles a day, and doing some serious weight training. I am training now for a 10K race in November-not looking to win it, just finish! I feel great stamina wise (and look halfway decent too!check out the new pics!) but I have been having some problems lately with my belly-you can read all about that in my profile if you want. I did deal with Pancreatitis as well as have my gall bladder out so I guess those could be considered post op "complications". I update my profile every week and try to help others through this wonderful journey via email. Unfortunately, I don't talk to people on the phone anymore because of a creepy stalker out there(warning-be careful what info you put on your profile!) but I am still focused on helping others-and it keeps me going too! Thanks to all of you out there who email me and tell me I have inspired you! And Thanks to all AMOS members for always being there for me when I have issues.

Yahoo for Alli!! You're lookin' good, Girl! Thanks for your post about the cookies. I'm going to try some, as well. I had my WLS in August last year. Always looking for ways to get in my protein. Keep up the determination and dedication. You're doing great!
