Kristina is having her surger on January 23rd. She is traveling from Kansas to San Antonio Texas to have her surgery at Southwest Texas Methodist Hospital. Her surgery time is 8am. Please send Kristina an e-mail today (1/20) or tomorrow because this lady will be driving to San Antonio on Monday for her new life on Tuesday. Kristi, I'm here in San Antonio awaiting your arrival. Have a safe trip here and know that you will be in good hands with Dr. Pilcher. This is the beginning of a great journey and I know that you are excited but nervous, and that's okay. My thoughts and prayers are with you and best wishes for a smooth surgery and a speedy recovery. You are about to give yourself the most wonderful gift you could ever imagine. Keep your hopes and spirits high and remember it will be well worth the effort and time spent. My thoughts and prayers are with you on your journey. As far as for myself I am 4 months post op tomorrow and down 90lbs. I am excited and know that i gave myself the gift of life.
