My update is that I still don't have a surgery date. Had all my pre-op studd done in November. I am goad so many folks have gotten surgery so much faster than me. When I go in to my pre-op I am going to ask the surgeon why his surgery scheduler sat on my stuff since November. I really have been struggling for the last few weeks. I got laid off last week, receive unemployment, hope to have surgery soon, recuperate and go back to work in June. I have arthritis in all (not just weight bearing) joints, and they are killing me, specifically my knees and hips. I can't walk for more than 5 mins, and getting up from the tilet, chair or couch is a chore. My sweet daughter tries to help me, but she is only 9 1/2. Being in chronic pain really has put a stress on my ability to be a good mom to my daughter, which creates so much guilt. It really is a vicious cycle, that I am sure many can relate to. I keep thinking that if I had the surgery in December that I could be walking without problems, and would be able to do more with my daughter. I am trying to remember that everything happens for a reason and this is a part of my jourey, but it is difficult at times. Any words of encouragement would be appreciated....also I could use an angel. This is my third request....I know it can't be that I have bad breath!! Thanks Mari

I AM A HAPPY CAMPER!!!!!! FINALLY GOT INSURANCE APPROVAL FOR SURGERY. HOPE TO HAVE IT IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS. WILL POST WHEN I HAVE A DATE.
