hi sept 10 i had surgery,it went very well.sept14 released from hospital,had a great stay n good care.sept. 20 i went to er a setback=wound infection.iam dietbetic.have home care 2 times a day from visting nurses now once a day healing nicely.....ooohs another wound infection has popped up.i dont look at this as a bad thing just one of those things that happen...as far as food,lol who wants it everything taste nasty but peanut butter to me .i can eat oatmeal n cream of wheat toast,crackers,soups,fat free n sugar free jello n puddings,i have found the baked potatoe is my best friend,i can eat tuna,crispy bacon,yogurt,frozen yogurt....o.j,prune juice n water ....for now..i tryed chicken ,ham,ground round yek couldnt handle it.oct 8 when to the dr.lost 47lbs..walked out of dr.juarez office with a smile n knowing i did the right thing for me......hope the next month is as good.....if your having health problems i encourage u to check the wls out.my life is changing,iam getting my health back that was my main concern,but if vanity comes as an extra so be it.lolso far so good .will up date more as i go [email protected]
