I am 5 mos. out today! I have lost 83 lbs, shed over 37 inches, dropped 4 clothing sizes, and feeling fabulous!! I no longer have to 'white knuckle' diet...in fact, I find myself enjoying the small meals and reminding myself, "oops, time to eat something." Just back to school after summer. Most peers are stunned. Today one of my students walked in to my office and asked, "Is Mrs. Cook back yet?" I said, "Hello, C____, how was your summer?" C____ was totally speechless and just came over and gave me a big ole' hug. :>D

I am 17 days on the other side!! I have lost 21 lbs. to date and feel great. My biggest problem so far is taking bites of food that are too big and eating too much over too short a time period. (Old habits.) HOWEVER, my new digestive system lets me know right away when I do...and, believe me, I am a fast learner!!! :>D
