I am updating, on me! 16 days post op and I am down 22#'s. I had an ugly 24 hours the other day. Think I got a stomach virus and had the runs for 24 hours. This morning I am feeling a bit better and managed to get a bit of oatmeal with milk in. Having trouble with liquids though. Wish I could drink more, I think I would feel better. I spend much of my time planning to eat, fixing the food to eat, eating it, then waiting my time so I can drink, then dreading the next meal and then the cycle begins again. Anyone else feel this way at 16 days out. I am very tired but not sleepy. Just lack of energy. Hope that picks up soon. Take care and God Bless. Suzza

Suzza, I am glad to hear of you loosing 21 lbs!!! I also am happy to hear your surgery went smoothly. I look forward to seeing you melt away my friend. My only regret is being so very busy with my girls to come visit you as I had planed. I wish you a speedy recovery!!!

**ANGEL FLYING IN** Just to update all interested in Suzza... I talked to her this morning and she is having some issues with being able to swallow water and things..but feels this is due to excessive swelling inside. (other issues). and also still having *potty issues*... She sounds better but would feel alot better once this issues subside for her. Hang in there girl...were praying for you! Shelly:)

ANGEL ALERT::: I'm updating for Suzza. She went into surgery about 7:30am. and was finished at 11:30am. She didn't need an NG tube which is good, but I know she will reach for that right away and freak and think she didn't have the surgery again. She did good and is in recovery right now. I will update as soon as I know more.. Shelly

Well, its about 1:15 am and I am still awake. I guess I am unwilling to give up these last 3 pre op hours to sleep. Besides, I will have a lovely sleep, thank you Anesthesiology, in a few hours. I guess I am finally feeling some excitement. I feel so positive right now and so peaceful. I just feel so right with things. So when I leave for the hospital in a couple of hours (my surgery is at 7:30, so I have to be there by 6 am) I will do so with such peace in my heart that I am just where God wants me to be. Since November I have been coming here for information and support and have unconditionally recieved both. The love here is so amazing. Everyone is so willing to help each other out. I pray to God that He allows me to survive this procedure, avoid complications and return home and return safely to my health. I pray to God that He allows me to stand as an example and as a mentor to those who may need my help on their journey. I pray to God for everyone going through this journey too. God is so good and had been so good to me. Thank you all for being there when I needed you. I will catch you all up when I get home. Meanwhile, Shelly my second Angel, will be updating you all on how I am doing. God Bless Suzza
