~j~ Angel report: I spoke with Chris this morning, and she is doing well. She's on the post-op jello & popsicle diet, walking and feeling good. She had a reaction to one of her medications that caused her to have itchy hives, but is doing better with Benedryl. Chris expects to come home tomorrow. AMOS sister Micci visited yesterday, and Chris was happy to see how wonderful Micci looks. Please consider stopping by Chris' page to congratulate her on her courageous decision, and thank you.

unofficial angel coming in to land!!!! I recieved a call from Chris sister and didn't get to the phone in time. But she left me a message that Chris is doing good. I then called the hospital to check again and spoke with Chris's husband. He says she is doing great and that she keeps the morphine pump in her hand. He said she was talking about wanting ice and water. I told him that was normal and asked if she had plenty of chapstick. He said yes. I said she'll have the worst cotton mouth she's ever had. I told him that I plan on coming out there tomorrow but that she probably won't remember it, that my husband said I was out of it for almost 3 days. But all in all she is doing great and I'm so proud of her. Congrats Chris and WELCOME to the losing side!!!

Chris - I will keep in my prayers. It is so exciting that we get this wonderful miracle to help us control this stupid weight. I am sure you will do just fine. Just remember to sip, walk and cough. Walk as much as you can as soon as you can and it will make you feel better, really. God bless you!
