My surgery was a resounding success! No complications, minimal pain (after the first day, haha!) and I was only in the hospital for three days--and I had an OPEN! I feel great--lots of energy, sleeping very well and tolerating all of my liquids. Thank you to everyone who wished me well--I truly believe that it helped this process tremendously. I will post about my surgery exerience very soon.

I love my surgery page! It's very inspiring to read everyone's well-wishes. Thank you to everyone who wrote to me. This will be the last time I will be online until I come home from the hospital. I am (very sudenly) extremely nervous, but I know in my heart that this is the right choice for me. Best wishes to those having their surgeries with me or soonafter--I will be thinking of all of you and hoping for uneventful surgeries and speedy recoveries. :) Anna
