"I was referred to Dr. Burrowes from a former WLS patient of his. He was all I had heard-very professional, caring and concerned. He said this was a life-changing surgery(which I am ready for). It was a long wait for the appointment( 3 months) and a long wait in the office(2 hours). BUT it was well worth it and it helped being prepared for the wait. I waited for him because my friend is almost 2 years post-op and has not had any problems. She has lost 130 lbs. But most importantly I liked the fact that he studied under Dr. Fobi. "
