Take a deep breath and relax. Let your family take care of themselves for a change. Focus on YOU! Make some HOMEMADE broth & vegetable soup without corn or celery (pureed in food processor) and freeze it in icecube trays. Get sugar free popsicles (15 cal) and sugar free DOLE juice popsicles (25 cal). I blended cottage cheese when making jello for when I could have full liquids after 1 wk. Diet cran-rasberry snapple went down well. If you have or can borrow a recliner for the 1st week at home, it is wonderful since lying flat is hard at first. My favorite protein drinks are Proscore 100 chocolate (milky)ordered at vitalady.com and PREBOTTLED Isopure zero carb grape drink (40 gm protein in a 20 oz bottle..not milky and can easily be sipped during the day..I dilute it with snapple to improve the taste.). THIS SURGERY IS SOOOO WORTH IT!

Monica, congratulations on your upcoming surgery. May peace and love surround you on your journey and carry you along safely. Remember to drink your water, take your vitamins, walk daily and most importantly, be gentle with yourself along the way. Lastly, don't forget to stop by occasionally and update your profile.
