Sharon congratulations on your wight loss. I read your webpage and I love "You know your a weight loss patient when". I borrowed it to show my group here in Montgomery Alabama I hope you don't mind. I am 4 mos out lost 75lbs and I started at 270 I can't seem to stay under the 200 lbs mark. I love your sense of humor thanks for sharing.
