My first call to get the process started was to Neweigh on 01-17-03. I spoke with Bea at that time. She ask who my insurance carrier was,etc.. I gave her all of my information and advised her that I had been approved back in 2001 for the surgery but decided not to do it at that time. She told me it would take a few days for her to get back with me. I have left a voice mail for her today regarding status. I'll keep you posted. Thanks. Melony
