"Haven't met the Doc yet, still waiting Insurance Approval.But have been talking to Regina & Cheryl they seem really nice and helpful.
1/28/04 Met with Dr. Henderson today, seems very straight forward about how the procedure will be done and what is expected of me as a patient.Explained how the followups will go, and what to expect while I'm in the hospital each day how it will progress before I go home.I am very pleased so far.
02/23/04 Well I have to say I never been treated so kind and had the staffs attention anywhere I've ever been like this Doctor's office. Dr Henderson , Dr. Kent & Sandra where so nice and right by my side when I went back in with complications. Dr. Kent & Sandra stayed with me most of the afternoon and into late evening trying to find out what was wrong.If they only new how much that meant to me as a patient. I felt totally secure in thier care. Just can't express How I feel in words alone.Hope they continue to have this attitude with all thier patients, if so they'll go far. Great Bedside manner!"
