I had my surgery on Monday. I did have blood clots during surgery and almost had to stay longer at the hospital because of a low red blood count which slowly did climb up so I could go home. Today, I actually feel better (had leg swelling and trouble sleeping at night) - but I think I have passed the big hurdle so far and can't wait to move on!
