Hi! I wanted to take a monment to wish you all the best! People with the same surgery date must stick together! I have had cousin's visiting from Wisconsin here for two weeks and they just left today, so I feel like a chicken with it's head cut off trying to organize myself for this upcoming surgery date. I only found out about the surgery date a week ago, I had been told that it would be in July! I am glad I don't have a lot of time to wait now before the surgery! I went in initially in August of 2001 and it took me 4 months to get that appointment, so I have been thinking about this everyday since then anyhow. One of the two cousin's who was just here visiting had this surgery done two years ago and I just about cried when I saw how wonderful she looked. She assured me it is entirely worth it, and I know she is right. I agree with your answer to your daughter about you decision regarding this surgery, my 24 year old son is somewhat worried too. My 17 year old daughter will have to worry about ME borrowing some of HER clothing in a year from now, if this works out as planned. I just know this is the right thing to do, so here's to us both on the 30th!! All the best! Joanie Gurney

I just wanted to say GOOD LUCK! You will do great! I had to post to your surgery page because my son's name is Justus, so I know that it's a sign that you will fly through surgery! It's the best thing that you can do for yourself - you have so much to look forward to in your new life!
