2/20/03 Hi all. I am at one year yesterday. I feel fabulous. I am wearing a size 12/14 (was a 26) I am down approx 120 lbs, from 293 to 174. I want to loose about 30 more lbs but have been sitting at my current weight for 2 months. I have not been able to spend much time on excercise since before Christmas. My mother had to have a pacemaker put in about 3 weeks before christmas and my Aunt (Mom's sister) died just after Christmas. To top it off I just lost my father last week and made a quick trip down to AZ to help my Stepmother. I have been doing too much snacking and had too much wine & beer. Right now all I want to do is hide in my bed. I am going to work every day and not much else. My husband and I will go to AZ the end of next week and spend a week with my Stepmother doing something fun. We had already planned this vacation because we my dad would not live a lot longer. We will take advantage of the time for a little R & R for all of us then when I get back I can try to get myself going again.
