Thank you sooo much for your concern a few days ago when I posted a plea for HELP! I went to the PCP and luckily I have actually seen him every month since January 2002. So even if anything, this has been 5 months, they are now requiring 6 months of monitoring. So I hope they will accept this 5 months, if not I will be back at pcp office next month.
