Karen Thanks for your words of wisdom! I am so excited about getting this done! How are you doing on your bike and excersice? Can you change the seat on your bike? WalMart has those wide cushion ones. Just a thought! Congrats on stopping smoking again! You are on your way to your goal and making it!

I just want to thank you for putting the encouraging words on my page. I have 2 weeks today and the filter will be put in. I think I am driving the people around me crazy because that and a conference I am going to before the surgery is ALL I talk about. Not really but they tease me it is. Before I know it I will be on the LOSING side. Praise God He has given me such a peace about this and I am excited. Thanks again
