You look fantastic! Please do not give up! We all have our roads to travel. For some the journey may seem longer, but we all have the same end result. You have already achieved many of your goals just by stepping in to the hospital. You are off of your meds, which is great. I know that I am one of those smaller people. I was blessed with being introduced to this surgery early in my life. I am 26 and this will be a forever thing for me. I have a chance to stop health problems before they get worse. I am not looking for that cookie-cutter image that is out there. I want to be happy and healthy and you are already there :) Hang in there! And know that each and every day you make progress - whether the scale says it or not. Your body is singing inside and it shows on the outside :) Now about those cigs. Your body is not totally free if you are continually adding carcinogens and toxins. Get rid of them - Cleanse your body completely. I wish you much success in your continued journey. Seeing you talk about your husband so made me think of a quote, "Blessed is the influence of one true, loving human soul on another." - George Elliot
At least you have someone in your house to hold your hand through your journey. Smiles :)
