WOW! That is all I can say! I just read your story and you are amazing Karen Lichty! Please keep posting and let us know how you are doing! Thank you for your post and just know how very much I appreciated it, but keep a good thought about me on the 16th of April as my surgery was cancelled until then. We have come from many trails in our lifetime to this point of where we are today. Wow, prayers and praises to God for getting us this far where we are today. Your one of many sweet and caring people on this site, who send warm thoughts my way. You're doing wonderful with your weight loss. We are all individuals and everyones weight loss comes off at different rates. Be patient; you'll get there.

Karen, I read your post and thank you for your well wishes. I also read your page and you must be so excited with your weight loss. You look great and have done it in such a short time. It is so refreshing to read pages like yours. I have read alot of scary things. But this is right for me and I believe it with all my being.
