Karen, thank you so much for your words of encouragement. It's been such a long last week before my surgery, I can use all the encouragement I can get right now. lol I read your profile, it's good to hear you're doing better and hope you continue to do well. Take one day at a time and don't use "cigs" as a stress relief tool. I too recently quit, but now I grab a healthy snack or just go for a walk. It's hard, but you had this surgery...the rest is a breeze. :-) Take care.
