Debra is in Scripps Mercy waiting for the docs to run another scan. It seems she is losing blood and they are not sure why. She isn't feeling very perky right now. Please say a prayer for her and drop a note on her surgery page. I'll print them for her and go see her Tuesday or Wednesday depending on how she is feeling. Debra is in San Diego by herself. She really needs our support.

Debra looks great! She had a rough start but shows us the power of positive prayer. She is up and walking her laps and is in good spirits. Drop her a line on her surgery page welcoming her into the new world before her. Doc said her liver was the worst he had ever seen and today she is doing fine.

I saw Debra into surgery this morning. Her liver was enlarged and there was some problem with the structure of he upper stomach. Dr. Murphy was able to do her surgery but he said it was 'difficult.'<p>Debra will need all of our prayers and good wishes for the next few days. I will be calling her tonight and will try to see her tomorrow. Her family is not in San Diego with her and I hope that I can offer some comfort so she doesn't feel quite so alone.
