John, just wanted to congratulate you on those 30 pounds. That is incredible for 2 weeks! I think you haven't seen a loss this week because your body is just sort of "catching up" - taking a short breather. I bet you get back to losing in the next few days. Now if I could just get off the plateau!!! :) Take care and congrats again.

Hi John, Just wanted to stop by and wish you all the best. I had my open RNY last Nov 21st so I am just three months out. You are starting on quite a ride...hang on tight! It was my daughter-in-law, Ginger Sanborn, that called you in the hospital. I live in Roseville, she lives in Oakdale. Just remember that every day it gets better and better.
