This Sunday was exciting...50 lbs gone forever. I couldn't believe it when I saw the scale. I wore clothes to church that hadn't seen the light of day for years! Has anyone else noticed that your neck is getting longer? I always thought I had a "short" neck, but now it does appear longer. I may never have the neck of a swan but this is definitely an improvement LOL! On to the next goal.

I'm now officially 2 months post-op! Last time I posted I was whining about the platuea I was on...now it's broken and I'm smiling again! Down to 250 pounds from 293! What joy! I even wore a size 18 gown to a New Year's bash...boy did I feel beautiful. That's down from a 24/26, guys! My goal was to wear a straight short skirt I bought shortly after surgery...when the salesclerk said "this is a gift, right?", like there was no way it would ever fit. I put it on today and zipped it up! Still way too tight to wear (maybe 5 pounds more). Thank you AMOS family! My joy has returned and so have my cheekbones!

ANGEL FLYING IN...for my last offical angel duty for Cindy. She is home and doing fabulous! Tolerating all well, feeling good. She sounded wonderful when I spoke with her today. Way to go Cindy! Thank you for letting me be your angel, it has been a pleasure! Hapy Re-Birthday hon!! (GENTLE HUGS)

ANGEL REPORTING!!! I just spoke with Robert, Cindy's hubby, very nice man. Of course I imturrupted his lunch, but he was gracious enough to fill me in on Cindy's status. Her operation took roughly 3 hrs, and she is feeling quite good considering. Little nausea, but good pain control. She will be up to walk later today. I expect to hear more later, so will hopefully have more to post later. BIG HUGS TO CINDY!!! She is another sucessful crossover! Happy Re-Birthday!!
