Hi everyone! sorry it has taken me so long to update you on Shirley's surgery.... You would be so proud of her, she was in surgery for a meer 1 hour and 15 minutes!!!!:) I got to see her at 2:30 and she had already been up twice to restroom! We had to sit in recovery until 9 PM for her to get a room. She was sooooo good she walked after they got her to her room and then slept like a baby all night! The next morning they took her down for leak test and everythong was GREAT:)So they took NG tube out and IV's and she took a shower and washed her hair and then we walked. She is a trooper and I'm so proud and happy for her. she came home on Thursday the 21st and I talked with her this AM and she was with her daughter yard selling! She is a great lady and I hope I do just 1/2 as good as she has, it has been a prevlage to be her Angel!! Welcome to the other side Shirley!! Love Ya Sharon

Shirley...this is Rose-TX from the chat room. Tomorrow is your big day. I am soooo happy for you and I am praying that everything goes smoothly for you.
