Dear Kim..........Hey girl I am 9 weeks out and had surgery on the same day as you and have lost 42pds. You are 4 pounds ahead of me. Give me those extra 4 pounds weight loss! lol Don't worry people who weigh more than you will lose faster. The less you weigh the slower you lose but so what if we are looking FABU come July of next year. When is the last time you lost 46 pds in 9 weeks? For me it's never. I had to beg and sweat for a 5 pd loss and forget about me keeping it off. It would come right back with a few more pounds thrown in for luck. YUK! You are making great progress Kim. Please don't get discouraged cause you are on your way down. BEST WISHES :)

Kimberly, I am exactly 5 weeks post-op today and I have lost a total of 27 lbs. Although sometimes I get a little discouraged that it's not going as fast as some others out there, the truth is, when is the last time we ever lost 27 lbs. in 5 short weeks? I'm gonna count my blessings and keep on keeping on! It'll come off at it's own pace, don't compare yourself to others. Good luck to you.
