I went to see Dawn yesterday as it was my 2 week check up. She is doing so well! Much better than I was one day after surgery. She was watching TV and very alert. Eating ice and bragging about her breathing. They didn't let her hubby spend the first night with her but it looked as if her roomie was leaving and he'd be able to stay last night. She has good plans for going home and care at home. I know she'll be very successful.

(\/)(\/)ANGEL UPDATE!!!(\/)(\/) First of all I would like to thank everyone that stopped by and signed Dawn's surgery page. I am so grateful and I am quite sure Dawn will appreciate it also. You guys are certainly making my Angel Duty a pleasure. <p>I just spoke with Dawn and she sounded absolutely fantastic. She has been doing her walking and even had some ice chips. She is hoping to have her leak test tomorrow and if all goes well she may be going home Sunday. If you have not had the opportunity to sign Dawn's page, there is still time. I will be taking Dawn a copy of her surgery page tomorrow. Thank you AMOS family. Just like Tina Turner said...."you are simply the best." SMOOCHES!!!!!
