Hi,It's been some time since I've checked or even posted to this site. It's nice to drop in and see how folks are doing. I've been pretty busy this last year. I've increased my school load with hopes of finishing my program this year so that has pushed my working out to the back burner. I haven't lost much weight but I haven't gained either.
I'm looking forward to warmer days, getting out and shedding some pounds!I'll keep you posted. Until next time, be blessed!
