Down to 180# now...slowly but surely i am getting there!

Sorry that it has been so long, i am currently at 183# and am so happy!

I AM OFFICIALLY A MEMBER OF THE CENTURY CLUB!!!

well....i am officially in "onederland"!!!!WOOOOO HOOOO!!!!!!! I can't believe i am finally in the 100's...it is so strange to see a "1" at the beginning of my weight...i havent seen that in probably 16 yrs or more....i am so thankful that i made the decision to do this surgery!!!

Well i got through Thanksgiving, and lost weight, now lets see if i can do the same for Christmas and New Years.  It isn't hard at all though, eating has now become just something i do to survive, not something i survive to do.  Don't get me wrong, I will always love food, but it is not my life anymore.  I do have days when I miss chocolate and fast food, but i know that i would rather be thin than satisfy that desire.  I am so happy with my new life, a life where i actually get second looks and get compliments about the way i look.  It feels so good to know that they are not just saying that to be nice.  I am so close to the century club and "onederland" that i can taste it...i cant wait!!! I will let you all know when i make it!

Just when i think im on a plateau, i start losing again, i lost almost 5# since last Monday, not complaining though, almost to the Century Club and i cant wait!!! I still after 6 months cant believe this is me, i never thought i would look like this, i will update my pictures soon, i look so much different!

Well it has kind of been a slow month for # loss, but i think i am losing inches.  I have been kind of lazy lately about walking and exercising too, but i am back on track now.  I am down 85# now and feel wonderful and look (so im told) wonderful.  Thank God for this surgery, I dont know where I would be without it! I probably would be over 300# now.

well, i am now down almost 81# and am feeling so great, i look like a totally different person, i cant believe that i have lost this much weight, i have never lost this much in my entire life....i am so grateful to Dr.Krook and HCMC for giving me a whole new life!

Well, i am so sorry for not updating this!  I have been doing great, losing more and more.  I am now down 70 1/2 pounds and i feel fabulous!!!!  I am getting tons of compliments on how great i look.  I feel like a new woman and am so happy I had the surgery.  It is so worth all of the crap I had to go through to get to the surgery.  My clothes are falling off of me so i had to do some shopping, which did not hurt my feelings at all!  I started out in a size 24-26, or a 3XL depending on the clothes, and now i am in a 16 top and 18 pants....i am so happy!!!

Well, here i am, 16 days post op and i feel great!  I went back to work today, and it is exhausting, but otherwise i feel great.  I am down 32# since the liquid diet, and am so happy i had the surgery.  The surgery went well, i went home from the hospital the next day, and have been pretty much up and around ever since.  I do get tired easily, but i think recovery has gone faster because i am constantly moving.  I love my doctor, he is great, and i would reccomend him to anyone considering the surgery.  He makes me feel very comfortable and was very encouraging when i went for my two week check.  I have not had any dumping thank goodness, the only problem i really have is not getting enough water.  Every once in awhile, i feel like im starving, but Dr. Krook said that is probably "head hunger".   I will update as soon as there is more news!
