I saw my Surgeon today and we discussed my options and finally... I have a date to look forward to. I decided on the lap band because i'm seeking to have children in the near future and my surgeon told me that you should wait 3 years before getting pregnant with the RNY. I'm happy with my choice and im excited/ nervous 
for NOV. 18th!!!!! I will be posting some new pictures up so that i can have some before shots. Now i have to wait for approval from my insurance... I'm in NY and my insurance is GHI... does anyone know how long it will take to hear back from them???
P.S i'm currently at 222 lbs... when i first started i was 235 lbs.
