one year!!!!!!

I cant believe that it has been a year already. At this point last year i was fasting and drinking my cleanse.  I was 140 lbs bigger and wanted it gone... now I am loving my new self. I have a little extra skin but nothing to complain about. I am healthy and happy. My little  brother is having the operation and has started his classes for the next 6 months. his journey is just beginning.
