"Dr. Halmi was wonderful! I felt very safe, and secure with him, and the monumental surgery he was doing for me!
Gail, the ins. coordinator, was beyond exceptional, and if I had my way, she would get a massive bonus for the above and beyond that she did for me. If it weren't for her bending over backwards to help me in my situation, I wouldn't have been able to have my surgery.
The only downside I've had is, both of my post-op appointments were messed up. I made them for the office closest to me, only for them to call a few days before hand and tell me I had to go to the other office, which in VA. traffic = nightmare. My second post-op, they scheduled me for the Dr. and then over booked the NUT, so now I have to go in twice!
Irritating yes, but over all, the best experience of my life. "
