"I was upset that I woke up in so much pain coming out of recovery. And no one let my husband know I was out of surgery for almost 2 hours. He was very concerned. Coming out of recovery my bed was not plugged into the nurses call station. So when I needed them for the first time I had to call the hospital itself and ask for the nurses station. Thank God the phone was close to me. I was overall not a happy camper. I have to update and say that I did speak to an administrator and they did apologize for the problems I had and they did say they would be working to correct these issues."
"Dr. Todd and his staff have been great to me. They have worked long and hard to get my packet sent into insurance. I appreciate their time and patience.I did find that I needed to be an advocate in my own care and check to make sure things were moving. Remember Dr.Todd's staff have alot of patients they are processing, So check and make sure your tests are done and they have all they need. "
