So Excited!! This is the first time in 7 years I'v - This morning when I got on the  scale I finally broke through the plateau I've been fighting for years, and I'm now a 2-teener, and on the way down!! So grateful!!!

I weigh .8 lbs more today than I did yesterday!! H - How could it be that I weight .8 lbs more today than I did yesterday. I didn't do anything different or eat off plan? Wahhhhhhhhh!

Having a hard time staying away from the scale!! H - I can't stay away from the scale. I 've been on it 3 times in the last 3 days, and I know its not healthy. Any suggestions?
