A little lost!

So I just joined today and I'm a little unsure about what I should do.  I never really considered WLS untill recently.  I thought I could always do it on my own since I am pretty athletic and stil work out.  I go to the gym 5 days a week with cardio and weights as well as keeping a heathly diet (usually).  Im stuck and have not made much progress in a long while and I feel if im ever going to be successful in getting to a healty weight, surgery is my best choice.  Ive looked into lap band and the realize band as well. . .what is the difference??? AHH! This is all too confusing for me as well as a little frustrating trying to figure out for me.  Im also frustrated with myself since I put myself in this situation. Well I hope maybe some of you folks on here can help me out a little bit but Im out for now!
