Anita - Thank you so much for your words of wisdom and congratulations to you on your surgery date (on the same day as mine). I'm sure things will all work out fine but I to am not the most patient person in the world. I am so ready for this surgery as i know you are and I just want you to know that there will be special prayers for you that day. It took me a very long time in my life to realize that though I tried so hard to please all of my family (often at my expense)mit was a thankless chore for the most part. It is time for you to know that you must do what "only you" can decide to do. Your body - your mind! Others will get over any negative feelings once you show them how happy you are. Care about you and the rest will come!

Hi, Anita! Today was pre-op testing day - did you study for your tests?? Only 19 more days. I'm so excited I can't stand it!

Hi Anita -- I'm planning on being well enough to stop by the hospital and visit. I've been talking with some post ops who think a positive attitude is one of the best things we can take into surgery with us, let's both work on that together!
