still waiting

I am still waiting to hear from Dr. regarding a surgery  date.  Waiting is sooo hard.    Some days I don't think it is really going to happen.  I have cut down on caffeine and coffee.  I have switched to 1% milk that tastes like whole milk in my coffee.
Small bites and chewing are still an ongoing practice.  I have been much better in taking vitamins and ca in prep for surgery. 

I need to cut down on carbs.  I have been overeating with the mindset that soon it will be over.  Enough!  I also notice that I have coffee in am and 2 hours later I have had nothing else to drink since.  I should have had some h2o along the way.  (getting up to get water now)

Trying to be patient.
