I have told my boyfriend that i am really serious about getting WLS and that if i have it my way that io would like to have it before second semester starts.  My mom knows that i have been looking into information but she does not know that i have made dr. appoinments and have been gathering information for this surgery to "really" happen.  I know she will support me in any decision i make and anything she may say is just because she is concerned for me.  Now my dad on the other hand will probably never understand and i think that i am going to find it extremely hard explaining to him why i feel i need this and that basically it is going to happen reguardless of what he wants.  It is ultimately my life.  So i think i may write him a letter explaining my feelings and all the reasons i should have WLS. Then he will have time to process the informaion instead of getting upset right away.  So i am going to wait until most of everything is completed (tests and approval) and then come up with the courage to tell him.... 

ok, so i have called everywhere and everything I can think of to collect different weight loss attermpts, in a properly documented way for my pcp.  So i have called weight watchers, dr.berstiens diet, accupuncturist, and good life fitness(because i have done fat loss program) so they are all going to call me back when they locate my information so hopefully they will have it ready for me to pick up on friday because i have an appointment with my pcp dr.aggarwal on monday and i would like to have all of that informaiton ready for her.  I would like to have the majority of the paper work taken care of asap!  :)

I also called barix earlier and i am waiting to hear back from elizabeth to make a consult.

Well I have decided that I am completely fed up with being fat! I have made an appointment with my pcp.( i had an app scheduled for last week, but had to cancel) I will hopefully be filling out the form necessary for out of country wls.  I am also calling barix today to make a consultation appointment with them.  I figure the sooner I get things started with them, the sooner I can have surgery! On top of which depending on how long things take to get answers, I have a large break between semesters and I am hoping to have surgery sometime in my break, other wise I will have to wait until spring break in march or until my school year has concluded in april.....

i'm frustrated with life......
