Hey Amy ~ Believe me you aren't the only one. I find it interesting that you bring this up as it came up last night at our SGM. COMPLIANCE ~ it can mean many things. I know for the surgery it is being willing to make the changes that will make this surgery succeed. They don't expect you to be perfect on the pre-op diet. We are, after all, only human. Do the best you can. If you are really uncertain don't be afraid to put the brakes on this thing. It's very normal to question and wonder if you're making the correct decision. You are the only one that can decide what is right for you. I hope this helps some! Best wishes on your upcoming surgery!

I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright. I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more. I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive. I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger. I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting. I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess. I wish you a speedy recovery and a welcome to the losing side Amy

Amy you're going to do great on your psych. Mine just had me do a questionnaire and then reviewed it, asked me questions about sex! Of all things. Did I think about it constantly, etc...Well, I am the director of a crisis pregnancy center and we talk about sex all the time as we deal with young teens. We tell them to abstain. He laughed when I told him that. You'll be fine. Just be you and answer the questions. Oh yeah, one was did I ever think about jumping off a bridge? I said sure I've thought about it, but I am sure not going to do it! Blessings to you as you move forward!
