Went to my Evaluation today, i have to fill out this damn 500 question packet and mail it back to him and i have a second meeting with the Psychologist on 01.18.07 and then he will fax the results back to my doctor

*Sleep Test*
Preferred Care dropped off Sleep Monitor, they will return back on 01.09.07 to pick monitor back up. Results will be submitted back to Dr. Pluss in Pulmonary.

*Blood Work*
Went to Quest to have blood drawn, could not eat for 12hrs. Results will be faxed over to Dr. Snyder within 48hrs.

*Pulmonary Exam*
Today i went to my appointment for Pulmonary i completed my lung exam, everything is GREAT! i also completed my Oxygen Test, everything was also GREAT! now i am awaiting my test for Sleep Apnea which they will drop off the monitor at my house on 01.08.06 stay tuned........

*Consultation*
I went to my consultation today and meet with Dr. Snyder who has approved my Surgery, he will be submitting the letter to my insurance company for approval, i will have to follow up with Dolly who is in charge with communicating back and forth with the insurance company to keep me updated. He has assigned some leg work and appointments i will need to complete while where waitin gon the approval from United Health Care (Choice Plus)
