One year anniversary

One year ago today, I began my weight loss journey with the most amazing husband to walk down this path with me. I couldn't have accomplished half of what I did without his constant encouragement and support. No one who takes this step walks alone.  My husband Glenn has been my encouragement but God has given me my strength. My daughter, mother and inlaws have been a constant from the time I made this decision to now and never wavered in their support. I've lost 65#, 5 dress sizes, a total of 37.75 inches from various parts of my body and 11.5 points off my BMI. I crushed diabetes and hypertension and will never see those two conditions again! I did not post my before picture because that woman doesn't exist anymore. I' made it thru athletic boot camp at D1 Nashville with a tremendous boost to my confidence and will be zip lining in December. I have participated in two 5Ks this year and I'm not done yet....more to come.
