1 Month Update!

Today, I am 1 month out from my surgery! I feel great! I have lost 21 pounds! I am so excited and motivated! I started working out to the Walk Away the Pounds DVD this week. I am doing 1 mile a day! So far so good!I am so thankful for finding this website! I have develop great "OH" friendships! I am attending the Atlanta OH forum "Meet and Greet" this Saturday I am so excited to get to meet some of you! My husband and 10 year old daughter will be with me!
